10K, 5K and Fun Run

The 10K, 5K and Fun Run is sponsored by Bi-Lo Stores of York.
The 10K and 5K utilize a USATF Certified course through residential areas and open country that includes flats and rolling hills, and is guaranteed to be hot and humid.
The Fun Run allows runners or walkers to enjoy a shorter course and experience camaraderie with other participants and exercise at their own pace.
Race Day
On Saturday, the 10K, 5K and Fun Run begins at the McCelvey Center Culture & Heritage Museum at 212 East Jefferson Street. Ample parking near the venue, so watch for signs.
The 10K and 5K races begin at 8 AM. Registrations are not accepted after 7:40 AM.
The Fun Run begins at 9 AM, with registration ending at 8:10 AM.
Registration fees are determined annually with an additional charge for registration on race day. Participants can register online at Strictly Running or by filling out and sending in the application below.
Awards
The overall male and female winner of the 10K and 5K receives a $100 check and a first place medal. The top three finishers in each race and each age group will receive medals. Everyone registered by August 22nd will receive a complimentary Summerfest t-shirt.
